1. About Inflodox
Inflodox is a digital marketing agency offering services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, website development, branding, SEO, and graphic designing. These terms apply to all clients, projects, and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Terms

All projects require 50% advance payment before the commencement of any work.

The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before final delivery of the project.

No files, access, credentials, or final deliverables will be handed over until 100% payment is received.

Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
3. Website Development Terms

Website development includes a maximum of two (2) revision rounds after the website is near completion.

Revisions are limited to content, layout, or minor design adjustments based on the originally approved scope.

Any additional changes beyond two revisions will be considered extra work and may incur additional charges.

Major scope changes (new pages, features, redesigns) are not included and will be quoted separately.
4. SEO Services Terms

SEO is a long-term process, and results may vary depending on competition, industry, and website condition.

A minimum commitment of six (6) months is mandatory for all SEO services.

Early termination of SEO services does not entitle the client to any refund.
5. Meta Ads & Paid Advertising

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad budget is not included in any Inflodox package unless explicitly stated.

Ad budget must be paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

Inflodox is not responsible for ad account bans, platform policy changes, or sudden performance fluctuations.

Performance depends on multiple factors including product, market demand, creatives, and landing pages.
6. Creative & Graphic Design Services

Design work includes revisions as defined in the selected package.

Additional revisions or new design requests beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Final design files will be shared only after full payment is completed.
7. Timelines & Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness, feedback delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Inflodox will not be responsible for delays caused due to late content, approvals, or payments from the client.
8. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.

Inflodox is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
9. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, and materials remain the property of Inflodox until full payment is received.

Upon completion and payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the course of the project.
11. Limitation of Liability

Inflodox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee business growth, revenue, or profits through our services.
12. Termination of Services

Inflodox reserves the right to terminate services if payments are delayed, terms are violated, or cooperation is lacking.

Clients may discontinue services, but payments already made are non-refundable.
13. Changes to Terms
Inflodox reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
